RTO Monthly Installment Process (Handled by LADORE)

For all Rent-to-Own (RTO) customers, Ladore will handle the entire process. Please ensure that all required documents and forms are completed and submitted as per the guidelines below.

1. Required Documents:
Salary Slip : Two months’ basic salary slips.

Bank Statement : Two months’ bank statements showing salary deposits (required if salary slips are not provided).

IC Photocopy : Front and back of the customer’s IC (Identification Card).

Utilities Bill : The delivery address must match the address on the utility bill. Accepted bills include:
TNB (Electricity)
Water Bill
Telekom
Astro

Tenancy Agreement : For customers renting their home, a copy of the Tenancy Agreement is required.

2. Consent Form :
Customers must fill out the Consent Form neatly, ensuring that all information is clear.
The customer’s name on the form must exactly match the name on their IC.

3. Registration and Sales Forms :
Customers are required to fill in the Customer Registration Form.
Additionally, the Ladore Sales Order Form must be completed.

We will charge RM80.00 for processing fee. Customer required to join the Ladore Membership for only RM25.00 to enjoy 0% interest installment.

The application process will takes 3 working days

Credit card is required for every purchase of Samsung’s product.
